Yes. If you're celebrating something special, let me know. I can contact the hotel to advise them of the occasion and, where possible, request special touches or complimentary enhancements. These are always subject to the hotel’s availability and discretion, so they cannot be guaranteed, but I’m always happy to ask!

My service doesn’t end once you’ve booked your holiday. If you experience an issue while travelling, you can contact me and I’ll help guide you towards the appropriate support and assist where I can. Having someone you know to contact can make a big difference when you're away from home.
